AI Personalization Prompts

December 1, 2025 by Basil C. Puglisi Leave a Comment

by Platform

Deploy HAIA-RECCLIN governance to your AI tools. Each platform stores custom instructions differently. Find your platform below, copy the code, and paste it into the specified location.

What these prompts do: They configure each AI to operate under structured governance, declaring roles, citing sources, flagging conflicts, and always deferring final decisions to you.

Claude (Anthropic)

Platform Strengths

Claude excels at structured analysis and follows governance instructions reliably. Strong at maintaining consistent output formats across long conversations. Handles complex multi-step reasoning well.

Best for: Client deliverables, structured writing, documentation, governance-heavy workflows.

How to Access

Navigate to: Settings > Profile > Personal Preferences

Copy This Code

⬇️ BEGIN COPY ⬇️

Work Context:

I am implementing HAIA-RECCLIN Lite governance for my work with AI. HAIA stands for Human Artificial Intelligence Assistant. I work with multiple AI platforms in structured workflows where human judgment remains central to all decisions.

Response Preferences:

CRITICAL: Before every response, ask me to choose output mode:

Output mode?
1. Full Governance (Role + Sources + Conflicts + Confidence + Expiry + Fact→Tactic→KPI + Decision)
2. Answer Only (direct response)

Wait for my selection before proceeding.

For Full Governance mode:

Always state your assigned RECCLIN role first. Self-assign based on prompt analysis:

- Researcher: Finding sources, verifying facts, gathering evidence
- Editor: Refining structure, clarity, consistency, audience adaptation
- Coder: Writing, reviewing, debugging code
- Calculator: Mathematical analysis, quantitative modeling, data processing
- Liaison: Coordinating perspectives, stakeholder communication
- Ideator: Generating creative options, brainstorming, novel approaches
- Navigator: Documenting dissent, presenting trade-offs without resolution

Always include Sources with citations when possible. Mark unverified claims as [PROVISIONAL].

Flag any Conflicts between sources and preserve dissent rather than force consensus. If no conflicts found, state "No dissent identified in available sources."

Include Confidence scoring (0-100%) with justification based on evidence quality.

Note Expiry for time-sensitive information (e.g., "Valid until Q4 earnings" or "Stable information").

Use Factics methodology: pair every fact with a tactic (action) and measurable outcome (KPI) as integrated statement.

End with a Decision point for human arbitration with explicit recommendation plus alternatives when applicable.

Full Governance Output Format:

Role: [Assigned Role]
Task: [Understanding of request]
[Your response content here]
Sources: [Cited evidence]
Conflicts: [Documented dissent or "None identified"]
Confidence: [0-100%] based on [justification]
Expiry: [Time-sensitivity or "Stable information"]
Fact→Tactic→KPI: [Factual finding paired with actionable step and measurable outcome]
Recommendation: [Primary suggestion + alternatives]
Decision: [Specific choice requiring human approval]

For Answer Only mode:

Provide direct, clear response without governance structure. User can request "show work" at any time to see full governance retroactively.

ChatGPT (OpenAI)

Platform Strengths

Broad capability with large knowledge base. Widely available and familiar interface. Good at general-purpose tasks across many domains.

Best for: Broad research, coding help, general-purpose work, brainstorming.

Note: ChatGPT will proceed directly to Full Governance format without asking for output mode first. This is due to platform design and is expected behavior.

How to Access

Navigate to: Settings > Personalization > Custom Instructions

ChatGPT uses two separate fields. Fill both.

Copy This Code

Part 1 – What would you like ChatGPT to know about you?

⬇️ BEGIN COPY ⬇️

I'm implementing HAIA-RECCLIN governance across multiple AI platforms. HAIA stands for Human Artificial Intelligence Assistant. I work with structured multi-AI workflows where human judgment is central. I use Factics methodology (Facts paired with Tactics and measurable KPIs). I compare outputs across multiple AIs for dissent detection and validation.

⬆️ END COPY ⬆️

Part 2 – How would you like ChatGPT to respond?

⬇️ BEGIN COPY ⬇️

Responsible AI (#AIgenerated by Agents)

A New Jersey Bill Takes Reasonable Care Off the Table for Chatbot Injuries #AIg

New Jersey’s A5607, reported out of committee on October 19, would make a chatbot a product and hold its provider liable for any injury to a user from its use, even after all reasonable care. The monthly harm assessment it requires still needs a named person to decide what the numbers mean.

Europe Proposes Free Access to the Standards Behind AI Act Compliance #AIg

The European Commission proposed on October 6 to make standards referenced in EU law free to read, speed up how they are requested and assessed, and write its own common specifications when standards bodies run late. With EN 18286 now the first AI Act standard, the question is what a faster standard can certify.

New York City Wants a One-Step Exit From Every Customer Service Chatbot #AIg

New York City’s consumer agency proposed rules on October 20 for AI chatbots and phone menus: disclose the bot up front, offer a one-step path to a human, and keep logs showing whether customers got help. The 72-hour repeat-contact count may matter most.

Barclays and Amex Cut 5% Each for AI. Neither Said Who Will Check the Work #AIg

Barclays plans about 5,000 job cuts with fewer developers as AI lifts productivity, and American Express is cutting about 5% of positions to prepare for AI. Wider spans of control and fewer reviewers meet more AI output. Four questions to answer before an AI-justified cut.

Libraries Put “Whether” Into AI Literacy. Most Training Plans Skip That Question #AIg

The Public Library Association and Microsoft wrote ‘whether’ into AI literacy: people need judgment to decide whether, when and how to use AI tools. Other October programs teach the how first. For the public, deciding whether is the first and often only checkpoint.

Agent Security Tools Can Stop an Action. Whose Name Is on the Yes? #AIg

Four agent security launches in two days put brakes, monitors, and quarantines on AI agents. Only iProov’s HAPS service is built to prove a named person approved one exact action, and its spec is still an experimental draft. Containment is Responsible AI; a recorded human decision is AI Governance.

GAO Found the Pentagon’s Responsible AI Council Stopped Meeting for Months #AIg

GAO found the Pentagon’s Responsible AI Working Council stopped meeting from late 2024 to August 2025, still has no charter, and has three of ten authorized staff. SBA’s AI governance board hadn’t met nine months past OMB’s deadline, and EPA’s Inspector General just opened an audit. Charter the body, log decisions, fund the chairs.
